Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Logiqal Space, we value transparency and aim to provide clarity regarding our cancellation and refund processes. As a service-based company, our policies are designed to reflect the nature of our work while maintaining fairness for both parties.
By availing our services, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
1.1 Before Work Has Begun
You may request a cancellation before we initiate any work on your project.
Upon successful cancellation, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.
1.2 While Work Is In Progress
If you decide to cancel while the work is in progress, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the charges for the work already performed and any resources allocated to your project.
1.3 After Work Is Completed or In Review
Once the project has been marked as “completed” or is under review, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
1.4 Non-Cancellable Milestones
Certain milestones, such as pre-agreed phases of the project or deliverables already completed, are non-cancellable. Payment for these milestones will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The work has not started.
Cancellation occurred during the progress phase of the project.
The refund request adheres to the time frame specified in this policy.
2.2 Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds will not be issued for completed work as services rendered cannot be returned or undone.
We do, however, provide up to three (3) iterations or revisions within the scope of the agreed project to ensure satisfaction.
2.3 Partial Refunds
For cancellations during the progress phase, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:
Charges for the completed work.
Costs incurred for tools, resources, or third-party services utilized specifically for your project.
2.4 Refund Processing Time
Refund processing may take 14 to 30 business days to reflect in your account, depending on Stripe's or other gateway's processing timeline and your bank’s policies.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
The project has been completed and delivered.
Work has been reviewed and approved by the client.
The cancellation request violates the terms outlined in this policy.
Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary resources, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
Changes to the Scope of Work
Any additional work or changes requested beyond the initial agreed scope will be treated as new tasks and will incur additional charges.
The refund policy will not apply to any additional tasks or services added after the commencement of the project.
Communication and Dispute Resolution
For any cancellation or refund requests, you must contact us at [insert official contact email] with a detailed explanation of your concern.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably, but in cases of disagreement, the terms of this policy will serve as the final guideline.
Data Ownership and Returns
Once a project is delivered and marked complete, you retain 100% ownership of the codebase or deliverables. However, as a service-based company, we do not accept “returns” as the nature of the work cannot be undone.
Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our official website with an effective date. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
